公司沿革： 1996 04 26 成立宏順科技股份有限公司，主要工作項目為DIP插件及主機板測修。1997 01 10 成立昊眾科技股份有限公司，主要工作項目為SMT自動貼片代工。1999 06 01 宏順轉投資大陸深圳西鄉鴻舜電子來料加工廠。2000 02 24 通過ISO9002(DNV)認證。2000 12 01 宏順與昊眾完成合併為宏順昊眾科技股份有限公司。2001 09 01 鴻舜電子通過ISO9001(德國TUV 2000年版)認證。2001 12 31 台灣生產線結束，並且機器全部遷移到大陸廠。2002 01 19 與佰鈺科技合資成立華順電子獨資廠。
